DM Flow turns the comments on your posts and reels into conversations, so a busy reel never means a pile of unanswered "price?" and "link?" comments.
DM Flow is a web app for Instagram Business and Creator accounts. You pick a post, choose a keyword such as LINK or PRICE, and write the message. When someone comments that word, DM Flow replies under the comment and sends them a direct message within seconds. It can ask people to follow you before it sends the link, and it keeps a list of everyone who asked.
You may see the name written as DM Flow, DMFlow, The DM Flow or thedmflow: they are all this product, at thedmflow.com. Many people come to us from ManyChat, the best-known Instagram automation tool; we do one part of what it does, comment-to-DM, and price it in rupees. We are not connected to other apps or companies with similar names.
It runs on Meta's official Instagram API. We never ask for your Instagram password, and you can disconnect DM Flow at any time from Instagram's settings.
DM Flow is a product of Satnam Web Services, a web development business run by Umang Patel from Unjha in north Gujarat. We started building it after watching local sellers lose orders because they could not reply to hundreds of comments by hand. Most of our customers are small brands, resellers and creators in India.
