What gets deleted
You can ask us to permanently delete the data connected to your Instagram account or your DM Flow workspace at any time. This right comes from Meta's Platform Terms, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the GDPR.
We remove the stored Instagram access token, linked profile identifiers, the contacts captured from comments on your posts, automation logs and message history. Invoices may be kept where tax law requires it.
Option 1: Remove DM Flow from Instagram or Facebook
This takes under a minute and also tells us to delete your Instagram data automatically.
Instagram app
- Open your profile, tap the menu and choose Settings and privacy.
- Go to Website permissions then Apps and websites.
- Under Active, find DM Flow and tap Remove.
- Open Settings & privacy then Settings.
- Choose Apps and websites.
- Find DM Flow and click Remove.
Option 2: Ask us by email
- Email info@thedmflow.com with the subject
Data Deletion Request. - Include your DM Flow email address or your Instagram username.
We delete the data within 48 hours and confirm by email with a reference code.
