Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. A digital service, nothing is shipped

DM Flow is online software. We do not sell physical products, so nothing is shipped to a postal address and there are no shipping charges.

2. When you get access

• Free plan. Available as soon as you create an account and confirm your email address.
• Paid plans. Activated on your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a minute. You can start using the paid features straight away.
• Receipt. A payment receipt is emailed to your registered email address, and the invoice can be downloaded any time from Billing in your dashboard.

3. Where it is delivered

The service is delivered to your DM Flow account at thedmflow.com/app and can be used from any modern web browser on a computer or phone. It is available worldwide, and prices are charged in Indian Rupees.

4. If your plan is not activated

Sometimes a bank takes longer to confirm a payment. If money has left your account but the plan is not active within 30 minutes, email info@thedmflow.com or WhatsApp +91 88498 66193 with your payment ID. We will activate the plan or refund the payment in full, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
