1. Who we are

DM Flow is a software service available at thedmflow.com. It is owned and operated by Satnam Web Services, a business run by Umang Patel from 209 second floor, Shoolin Complex, Visnagar Rd, Jai Ambe Nagar, Unjha, Gujarat 384170, India ("we", "us", "our").

These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account, buying a plan or using DM Flow in any other way, you accept them. If you are using DM Flow for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What DM Flow does

DM Flow connects to your Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account through Meta's official Instagram API. When someone comments a keyword you choose on your post or reel, DM Flow can reply to the comment and send that person a direct message, for example with a link, a price list or a coupon code. It can also check whether the person follows you before sending a link, and it keeps a list of the people who interacted with your automations.

DM Flow is a software subscription. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give us a real email address and keep your details accurate. We use this email for receipts, security alerts and service notices.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at info@thedmflow.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One person or business may hold more than one account only for genuinely separate brands.

4. Acceptable use

You may use DM Flow only to reply to people who have interacted with your Instagram account, and only in line with the law, the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Community Guidelines. You must not use DM Flow to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who did not interact with you;
• send anything illegal, misleading, abusive, sexually explicit or infringing, or promote prohibited goods and services;
• collect people's data for resale, or for any purpose they would not reasonably expect;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of the service.

Meta decides how its platform may be used. If Meta limits, restricts or disables your Instagram account or API access, that is between you and Meta, and it is not a fault in DM Flow.

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans. DM Flow has a free plan and paid plans. Current plans, limits and prices are listed on the pricing page.
• Currency and tax. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, such as GST where charged, are added to the price and shown to you before you pay.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password.
• Prepaid, no auto-debit. Each payment buys one month or one year of the chosen plan, starting when the payment succeeds. Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without you making a new payment. We email you a few days before your plan ends.
• Renewing or upgrading. If you renew the same plan early, the new period starts when the current one ends. If you switch to a different plan, the new plan starts immediately.
• When a plan ends. Your workspace moves to the free plan. Your automations and contacts stay saved, but only what the free plan allows keeps running.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Delivery of the service

DM Flow is delivered online. Your plan is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute, and a receipt is emailed to you. Details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Your content and data

You own the messages, links and other content you put into DM Flow, and the contact list your automations build. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can export your contacts at any time and ask us to delete your data as described on the data deletion page.

9. Our software

The DM Flow software, design, name and logo belong to Satnam Web Services. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. It does not give you any ownership of the software.

10. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using DM Flow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the platform at risk, or is used for fraud. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of your plan.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep DM Flow running and secure, but the service depends on third parties, mainly Meta's Instagram API, which can change, slow down or stop without notice. We therefore provide DM Flow "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost profit or lost data, or for actions taken by Meta on your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use DM Flow after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts of Mehsana, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
