Cancellation & Refund Policy

Summary

1. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time. Log in, open Billing and choose Cancel plan. You can also email info@thedmflow.com from your registered email address and we will do it for you.

After you cancel, your paid features stay on until the end of the current period. You will not get a renewal reminder, and when the period ends your workspace moves to the free plan. Your automations and contacts are kept, so you can come back later. If you change your mind before the period ends, choose Resume on the same page.

Because we never set up automatic payments, cancelling does not need any action at your bank or UPI app.

2. When you can get a refund

• First-time purchase, within 7 days. If DM Flow is not right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer.
• Duplicate or wrong payment. If you were charged twice for the same order, or paid but your plan was not activated, we refund the extra or failed payment in full, whenever you report it.
• Service failure on our side. If DM Flow is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row because of a fault on our side (not Meta's), you can ask for a refund or free extension for the affected time.
• Account closed by us without a breach. We refund the unused part of the plan.

3. When we do not refund

• Requests made after the 7-day window for a plan that worked as described. You can still cancel, and you will not be charged again.
• Renewal payments. A renewal is a new purchase you choose to make, but contact us if you renewed by mistake and have not used the new period.
• Problems caused by Meta, such as Instagram limiting or disabling your account or API access, or changing its features.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions, for example for spam.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email info@thedmflow.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88498 66193, or raise a ticket from Help in your dashboard. Please include:

• the email address of your DM Flow account;
• the payment ID or invoice number (shown on the Billing page and on your receipt email);
• a line on why you are asking, so we can improve.

We reply within 2 working days.

5. How refunds are paid

Once approved, the refund is issued through Razorpay to the same card, UPI account, bank account or wallet you paid with. Razorpay usually completes it within 5 to 7 working days, after which your bank may take a little longer to show it. You will get an email when we issue the refund. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

A full refund ends the paid plan, and your workspace moves to the free plan. A partial refund (for example for downtime) does not change your plan.
