Before you ask
DM Flow is Instagram comment-to-DM automation software made in India. When someone comments a keyword such as PRICE, LINK or DETAILS on your post or reel, DM Flow sends them a direct message with your link, price list or coupon within seconds, and can reply to the comment publicly too. It runs on Meta's official Instagram API, has a free plan, and paid plans are flat monthly prices in rupees, never billed per contact.
You connect your Instagram professional account with Instagram's own login, pick a post or reel, and choose the keywords to watch. When a comment matches, Instagram notifies DM Flow and DM Flow sends a private reply to that person: one message per comment, allowed within 7 days of the comment. If they reply or tap a button, you can keep the conversation going for 24 hours, which is how follow-gates and multi-step flows work.
It runs on Meta's official Instagram API, the one Instagram built for exactly this. It is not a bot logging into your account. We also stay inside Instagram's sending limits rather than pushing against them.
A Business or Creator account. Instagram blocks automated DMs on personal accounts, so this is their rule, not ours. Switching takes about thirty seconds in the Instagram app and costs nothing.
No. Contacts are unlimited on every plan. What each plan includes is a number of DMs a month. If you use them all, DM Flow saves new comments and sends their DMs as soon as you upgrade or your new month starts (Instagram allows a reply within 7 days of a comment). There is never an extra charge.
DM Flow sends up to about 180 DMs an hour per account, a safe pace inside Instagram's own limits. When a reel goes faster than that, the extra comments are saved and answered automatically as the pace allows, oldest first.
Instagram allows one reply to a comment, within seven days of it. After that the person needs to message you first, which opens a 24-hour window to talk properly.
Pay with UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay, and get an invoice for every payment. There is no auto-debit: each payment covers a month or a year, and you simply do not renew if you want to stop.
