A boutique reel gets three kinds of comments: "price?", "size chart?" and "COD?" You can answer each with a different DM by creating more than one automation on the same post, each with its own keywords and message.
How to set it up
- Automation 1 on the reel: keywords
price, rate, kitna→ price list link. - Automation 2 on the same reel: keywords
size, measurement→ size chart. - Automation 3 on the same reel: keywords
cod,delivery→ delivery and COD info.
When someone comments, the tool picks the automation whose keyword matches.
Avoid overlapping keywords
If one comment matches two automations ("price and size?"), only one DM can be sent, because Instagram allows one private reply per comment. Keep keyword sets clearly separate and put the most important answer first in each message. A good habit: add a line like "For sizes, comment SIZE" at the end of the price DM.
When one automation is enough
If 90% of comments ask the same thing, keep one automation with many keywords and put everything (price, sizes, delivery) on the page you link to. Fewer automations means fewer things to update.

Frequently asked questions
How many automations can one post have?
As many as your plan's live automations allow. DM Flow's paid plans have unlimited live automations.
What if a comment matches two automations?
One DM is sent. Keep keywords separate so each comment clearly belongs to one automation.
Can every-post and post-specific automations run together?
Yes. On a post with its own automation, that one takes priority for matching comments.
