Indian audiences rarely comment just "price". They write "kitna hai?", "rate batao", "price pls", "किमत?" and "details bhejo". Your automation should catch all of them.
Keywords work in any language
A comment-to-DM tool compares the text of the comment with your keywords. Hindi in Devanagari, Hinglish in Roman letters, Gujarati or Tamil all work, because they are just text. DM Flow ignores capital letters and finds your keyword anywhere in the comment.
Keywords Indian buyers actually use
| Intent | Keywords to add |
|---|---|
| Price | price, rate, kitna, kitne, cost, कीमत, दाम |
| Link | link, bhejo, send, details |
| Size | size, measurement, naap |
| Delivery | cod, delivery, shipping |
Cover spelling variations
Hinglish has no fixed spelling: "kitna", "kitnaa", "ktna". DM Flow matches whole words (so rate does not fire on "celebrate"), which means each spelling needs to be its own keyword. Add the two or three most common versions of each word.
Write the DM the way your audience talks
