Editorial Policy

1. Who writes our content

Articles on the DM Flow blog are written by Umang Patel, who builds DM Flow at Satnam Web Services, or by our team under his review. Every article shows the author's name and the date it was published. We write from hands-on work: setting up Instagram comment-to-DM automation, answering customer questions and following Meta's official documentation.

2. Sources and fact checks

• Instagram and Meta rules are checked against Meta's own developer documentation, Platform Terms and Help Center.
• Prices and plans of other tools are taken from that company's own pricing page or Help Center, and the article says which month we checked.
• Numbers such as exchange-rate conversions are shown as rough estimates, with the method stated.
• We do not publish made-up reviews, testimonials or statistics.

3. Dates and updates

Each article shows its publish date, and an "Updated" date when the content changes in a meaningful way, for example after a price change or a new Instagram rule. Articles about prices and platform rules are reviewed regularly.

4. Comparisons with other tools

DM Flow is our own product, so comparisons with other tools are written by an interested party. We say this openly on comparison pages, describe other tools fairly from their official sources, and point out where another tool is the better fit. Product names belong to their owners and are used only to compare. DM Flow is not affiliated with the tools we compare.

5. Corrections

If you find a mistake, email info@thedmflow.com with the page link. We check every report and fix confirmed errors, normally within 3 working days, and update the article's date.
