What ManyChat does well
1. Powerful flow builder. Branches, conditions, tags, custom fields and delays. You can build a quiz, a lead form or a booking flow inside Instagram DMs.
2. Many channels. Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and TikTok in one place. If your customers are on several channels, that matters.

4. AI and integrations. AI replies on higher plans, plus integrations with tools such as Shopify, Google Sheets and Zapier.

Where ManyChat falls short (especially in India)

2. Billed in US dollars. You pay by international card, and your bank may add foreign transaction charges. For many small Indian sellers, UPI is simply easier.
3. A learning curve. The flexibility means more screens and more settings. Most people need an hour or two for their first flow, more for anything custom.
