No. Comment-to-DM automation only works on professional accounts (Business or Creator). Instagram only gives automation tools access to professional accounts through its official API.

How to switch
- Open your profile and tap the menu (☰).
- Go to Settings and activity → Account type and tools.
- Tap Switch to professional account.
- Pick a category and choose Business or Creator.
