Your comment section, as a lead list
Each person DM Flow messages is saved to Contacts with:
- Instagram username
- The automation (and so the post or reel) they came from
- Whether they follow you
- Whether the link was delivered
- Their comment, first seen and last seen time
Export everything to CSV with one click and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
What to do with the list
- See which reel brought the most interest
- Follow up with high-intent comments ("price for 2 pieces?") by hand
- Count how many new followers a follow-gate brought
- Keep a record for a festive sale or launch
Privacy, done properly
Contacts belong to your workspace only. Instagram tokens are encrypted, and you can delete your data anytime. Under India's DPDP Act, use the list for the purpose people commented for. Read Instagram leads and the DPDP Act.

Frequently asked questions
Does DM Flow collect phone numbers or emails?
No. It saves what Instagram shares: username and the conversation. If you need numbers, link to a short Google Form or WhatsApp chat in your DM.
Can I export on the free plan?
Yes, CSV export works on every plan.
Is my contact list visible to anyone else?
No. Each workspace sees only its own contacts.
What happens to contacts if I cancel?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan and your contacts stay saved.
