How keyword matching works
Each automation has up to 20 keywords. A comment matches when it contains one of them as a word, ignoring capital letters, so:
pricematches "Price?", "price pls" and "what's the PRICE"pricedoes not match "priceless" or "pricey", so you do not DM the wrong people- Emoji keywords like 🔥 or 😍 match anywhere in the comment

Good keyword sets
| Goal | Keywords |
|---|---|
| Price list | price, rate, cost, kitna, pp |
| Product link | link, buy, shop, order |
| Free guide | guide, free, send |
| Booking | book, slot, appointment, dates |
| Size chart | size, sizes, fit |
Add the common spellings and Hinglish words your audience uses. Read choosing triggers that actually fire.
One post, several answers
Run more than one automation on the same reel: price sends the price list while size sends the size chart.
Every post or one post
Free plan automations watch one post. Paid plans can also watch every post you publish, which suits a standing keyword like price. See one post or every post.
Frequently asked questions
Do keywords work in Hindi or Gujarati script?
Yes. Any script works, as long as people type the same word.
What if a comment matches two automations?
DM Flow picks the automation set up for that specific post before an every-post one, so the most specific answer wins.
Is there a limit on keyword length?
Keep keywords short: one or two words. Long phrases rarely match how people type.
Can I tell people the keyword?
Yes, and you should: "Comment PRICE and I'll DM you". See 40 comment CTAs for Reels.
