Track where chats come from
Use a different pre-filled message per reel ("Hi, I saw the Diwali reel"). When the chat opens, you know which reel brought it.
When to keep it on Instagram
If you can answer everything in Instagram DMs, keeping people there is one step shorter. WhatsApp is best when your team, catalogue and payments already live there.
